Covid Policy
for Massage Therapy Clients
2022
*Please take a quick moment to familiarize yourself with the policies that will be in place due to Covid-19*
I will only be seeing clients who are fully vaccinated against covid. Proof of vaccination will be required before the day of your appointment, mine will be displayed in the office.
(If you are in the population who medically cannot get vaccinated, please contact me and we may be able to make arrangements.)
Masks are required and must be properly worn/fit appropriately. Masking is required throughout your appointment at this time. Please bring your own as we do not provide them at this time.
Please wait in your car upon arrival. The door will be locked until your appointment time. I will text or call you when it’s time to come in, and promptly usher you back to wash your hands before we start.
Limiting the number of people in the building at one time is important to us. Please arrive alone for your service as we cannot accommodate any extra guests or children.
Please know that we are doing everything we can on our end to keep everything clean and everyone safe. We are taking the utmost precautions and observing sanitation requirements issued by the state board. Each of our rooms has its own medical grade HEPPA air purifier and we are spacing extra time between clients to clean and sanitize thoroughly.
We reserve the right to refuse appointments. Even though vaccination is required for your appointment, if you have recently been or are feeling sick, have been or are currently caring for someone that is sick, we ask you to please not book at this time. If you or someone in your house has a sudden onset of any symptoms - flu? covid? cold? etc.- the day (or even w/in the hour) of your appointment, please cancel/reschedule. No cancellation fees will be applied.
We are looking forward to a time when operations can go back to normal, and we’re sure that day will come.
Thank you SO much for your cooperation and patience. We think these extra steps will keep all of us safe, healthy, and sane in the long run!
I can’t wait to see you!
